At Trounce we incorporate the martial arts in a way that helps promote well-being by helping the individual both physically and mentally through fun and challenging workouts. Our goal at Trounce is to help students to acquire foundational skills, develop new techniques and confidently move forward in their health and wellness journey. We provide a wide range of classes to support students from all backgrounds and levels. We have students from the age of 5 to 75+.
Free Flow Chi (FFC)
FFC addresses a range of physical and mental health issues including bone strength, joint stability, cardiovascular health, immunity, and emotional well-being. FFC is especially useful for improving balance and preventing falls.
Trounce Fit is an interval training class that involves a series of high intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods. Trounce Fit incorporates cardio kickboxing, martial art conditioning exercises, and various other forms of exercise
Personal Training is tailored for each individuals level of physical fitness. It is also tailored towards your fitness goals. At Trounce we specialize in weight loss, post rehabilitation, self-defense, and wellness coaching. We offer both in person and virtual personal training.
