Cardio kickboxing 12 is a circuit training class that is like kickboxing but set up with 12 stations and is guided by a personal trainer. The workout starts when you show up during the allotted time on our schedule. This class offers a work out that uses the total body and minimal equipment that provides a fun and functional cardiovascular and strength workout. The cost of tuition is 50 dollars.

What to expect

  • Show up at your convince at any time within the hour.

  • A trainer will teach you how to wrap your hands

  • A trainer will show you how to perform an exercise based on your individual fitness and skill level

  • Every 2 minutes you will move to the next station until you have made it through all 12 stations

  • Enjoy a new workout each time you come
