Known as the best and largest Martial Arts School in the Muncie area, we provide a wide range of courses to support students from all backgrounds and levels. We have students from the age of 5 to 75. Since our founding, Trounce Martial Art Fitness has had the opportunity to help countless students acquire foundational skills, develop new techniques and confidently move forward in their health and wellness journey.
Classes and Services
Gracie Jiu Jitsu
Gracie Jiu-jitsu (GJJ) is a grappling-based martial art whose central theme is the skill of controlling a resisting opponent in ways that force him to submit. Due to the fact that control is generally easier on the ground than in a standing position, much of the technique of Gracie Jiu-jitsu (GJJ) is centered round the skill of taking an opponent down to the ground and wrestling for dominant control positions from where the opponent can be rendered harmless.
Free Flow Chi
Free Flow Chi classes combine the best elements of fitness, meditation & the ancient martial art of Tai Chi to help one harness their inner power. Research has shown that Tai Chi can help individuals increase balance, flexibility and strength.
Cardio Kickboxing XII
Come and enjoy 12 stations of cardio and strength and resistance training. You will definitely get in shape with this workout. Come any time during the allotted class time. The first class is free. Cardio Kickboxing XII increases cardio, strength, and stamina. This class is for everyone no matter their fitness level.
Trounce Fit is a circuit training group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques and full body exercises. This class challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve core and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle.
